CHI OMEGA
A Note From Our President
Chi Omega Yours Forever,
Here’s to a sisterhood that constantly demonstrates, encourages and reminds me to be democratic rather than exclusive, to be lovable rather than popular, to work earnestly, speak kindly, and act sincerely, and to be womanly always, discouraged never. Here’s to you, Chi Omega –
First and foremost, welcome to the Chi Kappa chapter of Chi Omega here at George Mason University, I am pleased to introduce you to our extraordinary chapter! My name is Marguerite St. Clair and I am thrilled to represent the wonderful women and extraordinary sisters of Chi Omega as the current Chapter President. To begin, let me continue to tell you why I love Chi Omega.
I adore you Chi Omega because you have given me the chance to shine bright as a truly honest version of myself. To grow as a student, a soul, and especially a leader. Chi Omega has given me the strength, confidence, and power to be fearless in this unpredictable life while being surrounded by constant love and support. Our symphony has given me the guidance to live life every day as a wholesome, intellectual, determined woman who can take on any challenges life dares to throw at her. Thank you, my beautiful Chi O, for introducing me the most wonderful parts of me, things I never knew I had.
To all of you beautiful, magnificent, and determined women out there, my hope is for you to fall in love with yourself and to find an organization that helps push you to your potential and show you the best version of you, just as I have. As we continue to learn and grow from Chi Omega, we also teach ourselves what true friendship, spirit, and service is. These lessons last more than just four years, they last as long as Chi Kappa holds a place so dear to us. No Chi Omega woman is the same and for that I thank you.
As your President, I thank you for being unapologetically you and I congratulate you for being the best sisterhood that keeps on giving.
